Our NRA Basic Shooting courses are full-day, hands-on classes designed for law-abiding US Citizens & legal permanent resident aliens seeking to acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitude required for owning, maintaining, and safely using a firearm.

These courses are led by an NRA certified instructor and are intended for all individuals regardless of previous shooting experience.

We also offer non-NRA affiliated classes and private training for those looking to skip the classroom setting. Each session is catered specifically to each student for a more personalized approach.

* Minors are welcomed but MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Age requirements will be determined by the gun range.

The NRA Basic Pistol Shooting course is intended for students seeking a better understanding of the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for owning and using a pistol safely.

The NRA Basic Pistol Shooting course introduces students to the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary for owning and using a pistol safely. The NRA Personal Protection In The Home course is intended to develop in the students the basic knowledge, skills and attitude essential to the safe and efficient use of a firearm for protection of self and family inside the home, and to provide information on the law-abiding citizen’s right to self defense.

The Personal Protection Outside The Home course is for experience shooters seeking a better understanding of the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for using a firearm for protection of self and family outside the home.

The NRA Personal Protection Outside The Home course is intended to develop in the students the basic knowledge, skills and attitude essential for avoiding dangerous confrontations and for the safe, effective, responsible, and ethical use of a concealed pistol for self-defense outside the home. PPOH is a 14-hour course held over two days, consisting of basic and advanced levels.
